Every life

for health and healing

Even if you have no idea where to begin

has room

No matter what your life has looked like up until this moment, you are capable and worthy of improving your health and well-being.

It doesn’t matter what your current habits are, what your lifestyle looks like, where you shop, or who you spend your time with.

If you want to make a change to your lifestyle, you can.

If you need to make a change to your lifestyle, you can.

You have a choice.

And in that choice is so much power.

I'm living, breathing proof.

You want to heal or prevent disease naturally.

You want to fill your home with clean, ethical alternatives.

You want to feel fulfillment, passion, and purpose in your career and day to day life.

But can you really get there? Can you really fit the lifestyle you daydream about into your budget, schedule, and routine? Can you really take a natural approach to healing your mind, body, and spirit? Even if you didn’t prioritize it before?

Everywhere we turn, there’s a new health trend or bought-and-paid-for study contradicting information we thought was true, store shelves filled with products that call themselves safe, but are really filled with harmful toxins, and people trying to do their best in a culture that promotes the opposite of our well-being.

You absolutely can.

I know the wellness world can feel big, scary, and hard to keep up with.

I’ve had to start over a handful of times. I mean,

When I received my cancer diagnosis at age 33, my unhealthy lifestyle smacked me in the face. I became painfully conscious of all the lingering trauma and destructive coping mechanisms that made up my life.

The one where I could eat McDonald’s fries without having to consider the poor health I was contributing to. The one where I could be a workaholic, insensitive to feelings, bossy, and transactional in relationships. Or the one where I wasn’t grateful for what I had and focused on what I was lacking.

I cared so much about what other people thought that I put on this charade of happiness and health that ultimately led to pure exhaustion and disease.

You probably know how this feels.

And you probably want to make a change.

start over.

Now, I’m an empowered woman thriving with cancer and creating my dream career because I chose to live healthy and wholisitcally.

I’m a chronically ill cancer patient who can afford to make a living from home while prioritizing a low-toxin lifestyle and caring for my family.

I’m helping men and women passionate about wellness pursue their dreams of building successful businesses, finding schedule flexibility, and achieving financial freedom.

There was no way to achieve real health by focusing on just one of these areas.

And when I tell you that my commitment to this type of healing transformed me from a blissfully ignorant, chronically ill, tired, disconnected and depressed person to an empowered, happy, and fulfilled mom, wife, and daughter of the Lord–even while actively living with cancer–I mean it.

My wellness journey taught me the true meaning of…

Giving Back

I support companies and organizations that give back to their communities, support the local economies they source from, and consider the footprint they leave behind.

Faith

Christianity plays a huge role in my life. It’s my main desire to use this platform to promote Jesus and the beautiful life He’s gifted me.

Ethics

I do not promote products I would not use myself. And I’m willing to go against what’s popular and trendy to support a company or product that prioritizes our health and wellness.

Wholistic Health

I believe true health encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. To truly live well, we must take care of our physical body, our mental health, and our spiritual health.

Low-Toxin Living

I only promote products free of harmful and toxic ingredients like hormone disruptors, carcinogens, phthalates, parabens, artificial fragrance, dyes, etc.

My Cancer Journey

I was diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma in 2022. After radiation and intense treatment, I decided to pursue a more natural approach to healing. Now, I’m thriving with cancer as I take care of my family and build my business. Want to know more about my story?
